While visiting family in Pennsylvania in the fall of 2001, I purchased bottles
C&N’s Scents, “Early Whiz” and “Doe in Heat” lures. The day before the beginning
of Georgia’s gun season I placed numerous drops of both lures in a radius of 15
to 20 yards of my stand. The next morning, opening day, 3 bucks (spike and two
4 pointers) came by my stand sniffing the scent. At approximately 4:15 p.m., a
10 point became somewhat visible in the thick cover near my stand. I
unfortunately missed the shot. The following morning I scored on a nice 8
pointer who came to the scent. Two weeks later, using the same scents, I scored
on another 8 pointer. (In Georgia the limit is 2 bucks). Needless to say, I will
be using C&N’s Scents at the same location during next season.
